FAQ's

If I place a local order can I pick it up? 

Yes, If you live locally you may pick up your order. You will receive a email when your order is ready with pick up instructions.

 

How long does it take for an order to be ready?

Orders are prepped and ready for shipping within 24 to 48 hours. With the exception of holidays Pre-Orders and weekend.  If you placed a Pre-Order please read the details carefully as all the information needed will be posted. 

We ship our packages via UPS and USPS. Purchases will be shipped from South Carolina.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

 

Can I change my address after my order has been placed?

Reach out to our Customer Service team immediately. We'll make every effort to change the address information as long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped. for faster response reach us via chat support. If your order has been shipped, you will be responsible in covering the shipping cost to reship the product to the correct address. Please be sure to always double check your address.
