1. How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically prepped and ready for shipping within 2 to 3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Please note that pre-orders may take longer, as their shipping is based on restock schedules. If you placed a pre-order, please be sure to read the details in your order confirmation or on the product page for specific shipping dates and information.
2. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not shipped, we can cancel it and issue a refund. If you’d like to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll take care of it right away.
3. My product arrived broken, what can I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that your product arrived broken. We know how frustrating that can be, and we truly apologize for the inconvenience. While we take every precaution in packing orders to avoid mishaps, sometimes things happen during transit.
If you purchased shipping insurance (starting at $0.98), we can help you process a claim and get the issue resolved. If you did not purchase shipping insurance, you'll need to contact the carrier directly and file a claim with them.

How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
Can I change my address after my order has been placed?
Reach out to our Customer Service team immediately. We'll make every effort to change the address information as long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped. for faster response reach us via chat support. If your order has been shipped, you will be responsible in covering the shipping cost to reship the product to the correct address. Please be sure to always double check your address.
