📦 Alora Cosmetics Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Alora Cosmetics! We take pride in our small business and pack every order with extreme love and care. While we do everything we can to protect your package, accidents can still happen during transit. Please review our full policy below.
🕒 Processing Time
- All standard orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
- Processing times may extend during holidays, new launches, sales, or high-volume periods.
- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
📅 Pre-Order Processing Time (Exception)
Pre-orders are not processed within normal timelines.
- Pre-order items will ship on the exact date clearly stated in the product listing and post.
- If you’re unsure of your pre-order ship date, check your receipt—it’s listed right at the title.
- Ordering a pre-order item means you agree to the stated ship date.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after your order has shipped:
- Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–4 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs)
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
🛡️ Shipping Insurance (Highly Recommended)
For peace of mind, we offer optional Shipping Insurance starting at just $0.98.
Insurance covers:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Damaged items during transit
We pack every order with love and extreme care, but once your order is with the carrier, unexpected issues can occur. Insurance ensures a fast and protected resolution.
📍 Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before checking out.
Alora Cosmetics is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Lost packages due to address errors
- Delays caused by the carrier
If you need to update your address, email us as soon as possible at alora@aloracosmetics.com. If the package has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.
📫 Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
- If your package is marked Delivered but hasn’t arrived, please allow 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early).
- Check with neighbors, household members, building staff, or your local post office.
- If you purchased shipping insurance, claims are quick and provide a guaranteed replacement or refund.
- If insurance was not purchased, we cannot replace orders for free once a package is marked delivered or lost by the carrier.
🔁 Returned / Undeliverable Packages
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or an unclaimed package, you may choose to:
- Reship the package (additional shipping fee applies), or
- Receive a refund minus original shipping cost
🌎 International OrderS
International customers are responsible for:
- Import taxes
- Duties
- Customs fees
These are determined by your country and are not controlled by Alora Cosmetics.
📦 Damaged Items
If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
If shipping insurance was added, your claim can be resolved quickly with a replacement or refund.
