 Water-Activated Duo Chrome Liner 

This is a water-activated formula, just add a small amount of water and create! Our water liners dry smooth and do not smudge or transfer.  The Shift is Beautiful. 

How To Apply:

1. Wet your brush with the water placed on the lid. Only use water to activate. Do not add anything else as it may alter the formula of the product.
2. Apply a wet brush to the product and mix it well until a thick smooth consistency is achieved.
3. Apply the product and create.

Color is easy to apply and wash off.
